Muradiye ACAR has completed Bachelor’s degree in Department of Biology, Faculty of Science, Selcuk University with the best second student degree in 2002. Muradiye ACAR had MSc. degree in 2005, and her PhD in 2012 in Selcuk University Medical Genetics program. She has 4 gold and 1 silver medals from the iGEM (International genetically engineered machines) competition organized by MIT between 2011-2015. Dr. Acar has many international publications. She has worked as an executive and researcher in 14 research projects, 4 of which are TUBITAK projects. She is a member of Medical Genetics Association, MOKAD and EACR. Dr. Acar has been in the academic staff of Istinye University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Medical Genetics since 2018.
