Gul Deniz Yılmaz Yelvar graduated from Hacettepe University Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Department in 2002 and started her graduate program in the same year. She received his science expertise in sports physiotherapist in 2005 and his doctorate in 2010. She continues her clinical studies in the Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center, which she founded in 2005. She started her academic studies as a faculty member in 2011. She received trainings from many national and international trainers in the field of professional and personal development, especially manual therapy techniques such as Cyriax, Kalternborn, McKenzie, Mulligan, and took part as a speaker in congresses, seminars and conferences. Yılmaz Yelvar is a member of Turkey Physiotherapists Association and the Association of Sports Physiotherapists,Turkey between the years 2010-2016, she served as a member of the board of directors Physiotherapists Association.
