He was born in Adana in 1985. He completed his secondary education at Adana Kurttepe Anatolian High School, Mersin Science High School, and Adana Bilimkent High School. He completed his medical education at Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine in 2009. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Istanbul Medeniyet University Göztepe Training and Research Hospital between 2009-2014. He did his compulsory internal medicine service at Kırklareli Pınarhisar State Hospital. He completed his medical oncology subspecialty in Health Sciences University Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital, medical oncology department in 2015-2018. He received training on multidisciplinary treatment in metastatic colorectal cancer from Professor Dr. J. Kerr at Oxford University in 2015. He also received training on the interdisciplinary management of metastatic colorectal and lung cancers from Prof. Dr. Claus-Henning Köhne and Prof. Dr. Frank Griesinger at the Oldenburg Clinic in Germany in 2017. He did medical oncology sub-branch compulsory service at Nevşehir State Hospital and Istanbul Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşçıoğlu City Hospital. Breast cancer, lung cancer, colorectal cancers, stomach cancer, head and neck cancers, gynecological cancers, sarcomas, targeted therapies and immunotherapy, and molecular oncology are his main areas of interest. He has articles published in domestic and international journals. He is married and has a son.
