Dr Andrew Beddall obtained a BSc in Physics from the University of Sheffield (1989-1992) and PhD in Experimental High Energy Particle Physics (HEPP) from the same university. His PhD was conducted on the LEP Collider at CERN/Geneva (1992-1996). After completing his PhD he was employed as an Assistant Professor in Gaziantep University (1997-2015) initially in the Engineering Physics Department and later in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department. Moving to Istanbul in 2015 he was employed in Bahçeşehir University (2015-2021) in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department, also serving as the faculty capstone coordinator, search committee chair, and MIT Make Impact Consortium BAU coordinator, and was promoted to Doçent in 2021. Andrew Beddall now serves Istinye University as a member of the HEPP Research Center continuing research on the ATLAS Experiment at CERN.
