Neuroscience is a multidisciplinary field that has been gaining more and more momentum in recent years due to its multidisciplinary approach. Due to its multidisciplinary approach, the field of neuroscience conducts research in different areas such as cellular, cognitive, molecular and behavioral. The rapidly increasing number of neuroscience graduate programs in our country also contributes to these fields. Istinye University has been accepting students from different fields in its graduate program since 2017. As of 2022, it has started to accept students to the Neuroscience PhD program with its expert staff in different fields. Our program is carried out with the support of faculty members from different sciences of our university's Faculties of Medicine, Engineering, Humanities and Social Sciences and Health Sciences. This diversity is reflected in the variety of courses and research topics in the program. In addition, the research centers within our university provide an environment to reinforce and apply the theoretical knowledge gained in the courses. The main goal of the program is to train researchers who will produce new ideas in the field of neuroscience in the light of the latest scientific developments in accordance with research ethics.
